Is there a cost to have a Stewardship Partner Account for Individuals?

There is no charge for the Partner Account for Individuals.

There is a 3.5% fee on most gifts (regular and one-off) made to Stewardship with Gift Aid, which is deducted when your supporter(s) give to Stewardship.

To give an example, if we receive a gift of £100 and are instructed to claim Gift Aid, we can claim £25 Gift Aid. The 3.5% fee is applied to the £125 and you would receive £120.60. Please note, not all givers request the Gift Aid to be given to you.

The fee on gifts made without Gift Aid is 3%. For example, if a supporter gives £100 without Gift Aid, you would receive £97. This includes gifts from churches, charities, trusts, and individuals who are not eligible to claim Gift Aid.

This fee contributes towards the provision and running of our accounts, including staff costs, Gift Aid claims, servicing and developing our online platforms, data security and charity compliance requirements. See here for more information about our fees.
