How do I change the bank account I receive payments into?
For a UK bank account, please email us at [email protected] with a photo or screenshot of your bank details provided by your bank, eg the top of a bank statement or internet banking screen; showing your name, bank account number, sort code and the name of your bank. The account must be in your name.
For a non-UK bank account, please call us on 020 8418 8195 or email us at [email protected] to request the appropriate form to complete and return to us by email with a photo of your original printed bank stationery for the account which must be in your name e.g. the top of a bank statement.
