How do I change the bank account I receive payments into?
For a UK bank account
For a UK bank account, please email us with an attached photo or screenshot of your bank details provided by your bank, eg your bank card; the top of a bank statement or internet banking screen; showing your name, bank account number and sort code. The bank account must be in your name.
For a non-UK bank account
For a non-UK bank account, please call us on 020 8418 8195 or email us to request the appropriate form to complete and return to us by email with a photo of your original printed bank stationery for the account which must be in your name, eg the top of a bank statement.
