How and when do I receive the funds in my Partner Account for Individuals?

We make monthly payments to you as an Individual Partner. You can choose which time of the month you receive your monthly payment from us or you can opt to receive weekly payments. The payment includes all gifts that have cleared into your account at the point of payment. This helps you manage your finances rather than them coming in dribs and drabs.

Please note, gifts to Stewardship by Direct Debit take up to six working days to clear dependent on the bank. Unfortunately, we are not able to control when funds clear into our bank account.

To ensure the correct controls with regards to the management of charitable funds, we make payments to Individual Partners twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This means payments are not paid on the same date each month. Funds take two working days to clear into your bank account following our payment run.

You can also choose to withdraw your available balance at any time in your account online. Your payment will be processed in our next payment run on the Tuesday or Thursday following your request to withdraw funds. It takes two working days for the payment to clear into your bank account following the payment run. This means that, depending on when you withdraw funds, it will take 3-5 working days to arrive into your bank account. Withdraws are not instant due to the nature of managing and granting charitable funds and the processes and checks required.

To select which week of the month you receive payments from us:

1. Sign in to your Stewardship account
2. Select Settings in the sidebar, or pressat the top on smaller screens
3. Scroll down to Payment frequency
4. Use the dropdown to select a preferred time of the month or weekly
5. Press Save in the bottom bar
