Can I change when I receive payments or withdraw funds from my account?

If your bank account is a UK bank account

To change when you receive payments from us:

  1. Sign in to your Stewardship account
  2. Select Settings in the sidebar, or press the hamburger icon (3 horizontal lines) at the top on smaller screens
  3. Select Financial tab
  4. Under Payment frequency you can select the week of the month you would like to receive payments from us, or you can choose to receive payments weekly in the dropdown menu.

 

To withdraw your available balance before your next scheduled payment date:

  1. Sign in to your Stewardship account
  2. Your available balance is in the top right hand of the screen on the Overview page. Press Withdraw
  3. Press Confirm on the next screen

The available balance will be paid to your bank account within 3-5 working days. Please note that you can only withdraw the whole balance, not part of it

 

If your bank account is a non-UK bank account:

It’s only possible to receive payments from us on a monthly basis, rather than weekly, due to the manual process involved.

Similarly, it is only possible to change the week of the month you receive funds from us once a year.

Due to the manual process involved, please note that we only make payments to non-UK bank accounts when your available balance reaches a minimum of £300. It may take several working days for the receiving bank to process the payment into your foreign bank account. While we don't charge for foreign transfers, the receiving bank may charge a fee.
