Can I change when I receive payments or withdraw funds from my account?

If your bank account is a UK bank account:

To change when you receive payments from us,  go to 'Account settings'. Under ‘Payment frequency’ you can select the week of the month you would like to receive payments from us, or can choose to receive payments weekly, in the dropdown menu.

To withdraw your available balance before your next scheduled payment date, simply click ‘Trigger payment now’ in your account dashboard. The available balance will be paid to your bank account within 3-5 working days. You can only withdraw the whole balance, not part of it.

If your bank account is a non-UK bank account:

It’s only possible to receive payments from us on a monthly basis, rather than weekly, due to the manual process involved.

Similarly, it is only possible to change the week of the month you receive funds from us once without the charge of £18 which is taken from your balance. As this is a manual process, please call us on 020 8418 8195 or email us at [email protected] to arrange this for you.

Due to the manual process involved, please note we only make payments to non-UK bank accounts when your available balance reaches a minimum of £300. It may take a number of working days for the receiving bank to process the payment into your foreign bank account. While we don't charge for foreign transfers, they may charge a fee.
