Why Covid-19?

The impacts of the pandemic will be long lasting, and the Church is ready to meet the need.

Since the beginning of this unprecedented pandemic, Covid-19 has widened inequality, highlighted areas of severe need and left a trail of broken people, families and communities. As the world recovers, the Church is perfectly positioned to work alongside charities on the frontline, supporting those experiencing food poverty, grief, unemployment and more. Through supporting those charities on the frontline, we’ll reduce the possibility of people getting left behind when the economy, country and world start to get back on their feet.
