Can I add my partner as a user on my account?

You currently cannot add a new user to your account using the app.


On web

Click on the Account details tile on your dashboard. On the right hand side you’ll see a section that says Manage permissions, which you can click on to add the new user details.

This user will then be able to help you manage your giving online. Any registered user on the account can make changes directly online, but please note that the Gift Aid claim will still only be made in the name of the primary user on the account. 

If you do not use your account online and would like to add a user to your account, please contact the Customer Service Team at the details below.
