What is Instant Gift Aid?

HMRC estimates that Gift Aid is under claimed by around £600 million every year. Additionally, Gift Aid can sometimes take months to be received by charities from HMRC. Stewardship's Instant Gift Aid is unique to our giving accounts. We want the causes you support to receive these funds faster. We, therefore, ‘underwrite’ the value of the Gift Aid claims that we expect to receive at a later date from HMRC, so that we can add it to your giving straight away.
