How do we change our bank account details?

To change your church or charity’s bank account details, please send a scanned copy of your new bank stationery with a request to update the details to [email protected] or mail it to our postal address. Please note that only named users on your account can request a change of bank details.

Acceptable bank stationery includes: a paying-in slip, voided cheque, or a redacted bank statement clearly displaying name, sort code and bank account number.
