How can we access contact details for our givers?

Contact details for supporters can be found in the Supporters section of your account, as well as the Payments and Transactions reports found in Activity – unless they have chosen to remain anonymous.

If you would like to send a Thank you letter to an anonymous supporter, please email our Church and Charity team and we will ensure your message is passed on. Please note that any requests for additional information on the supporter or requests for additional funds will mean that the Thank You cannot be passed on.
