Biblica Europe is part of the wider Biblica family - a global Bible ministry inspired by radical generosity. They’re motivated by the belief that God’s Word changes lives and that everyone everywhere deserves to experience its truth for themselves.

To that end, Biblica pioneers ways to break down barriers to the Bible, doing whatever it takes to activate Scripture where needed most. They invite millions to discover the love of Jesus Christ through their three core pillars of ministry:

1. Gateway Translation
   Translating God’s Word for the world’s most strategic languages, catalysing greater reach to Bible-less language communities.
2. Frontline Church
   Equipping the frontlines of Gospel ministry with Scripture resources that serve the unreached, unengaged, and unseen.
3. Kids in Crisis
   Developing and deploying Bible programmes that bring the love of Jesus to children and youth in the world’s hardest places.

Reach4Life: Putting the Bible into the hands of young people

Reach4Life is Biblica’s ground-breaking youth discipleship Bible. Developed specifically for young people (aged 12-25) living in challenging situations around the world; where they’re dealing with issues like poverty, discrimination, disease, lack of rights or even imprisonment alongside all the usual trials of being a teenager.

Reach4Life has also been developed into a mobile app – for those who prefer it that way, and for those who live in places where it is difficult to distribute paper copies. Young people can download an app to their phone wherever they are!

Reaching millions with a new translation

Just a few months ago,  the app was launched in a new, seventh language – Indonesian.

There are estimated to be around 277 million Indonesian speakers, mainly living in Indonesia, but also in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The Indonesian app features the New Testament Bible, the full Reach4Life content and extra videos, all packaged in Biblica’s beautiful design, with easy navigation between the lessons and a programme guide.

In just the first few months, 11,000 people have downloaded Reach4Life in Indonesian to their phones. We’re excited to think about all the young people this represents, studying the Bible together or on their own, growing in their faith or discovering Jesus for the first time.

In total, Reach4Life has been used and loved by over 2 million teenagers and young people around the world… with many more to come.
