Launched by England and Saracens rugby star Maro Itoje, The Pearl Fund aims to transform the lives of children in Nigeria and other African countries by generating a multi-million pound investment in education.

Working in partnership with World Vision and Community Development Links Initiative (CDLi), The Pearl Fund aims to significantly impact the lives of children in Nigeria and Ghana through life-changing education programmes. 

By focusing on more meaningful and longer lasting support for children and young people, we can have a greater impact on their lives, setting them up for a brighter future. Through investing in education programmes, we will significantly increase the opportunities for children and young people, giving them hope and breaking the cycle of poverty.  

The Pearl Fund is a partnership between World Vision UK, CDLi & Stewardship. The fund’s goal is to support the work of CDLi with 70% of the gifts & World Vision, 30%.
