Nicola leads the product and service delivery for Stewardship's donors and partners. Services include a tailored philanthropy offering, a suite of professional services for its church and charity partners, and specialised support for Christian workers.
Nicola was previously Chief Philanthropy Officer, leading Stewardship’s major donor activities, which involved overseeing over £200m in charitable funds each year on behalf of more than 950 clients. Under her leadership, the team won 'Best Philanthropy Initiative or Offering' in the Wealth For Good Awards 2023 and ‘Philanthropy Team of the Year’ in the STEP Private Client Awards in 2020.
Nicola and her husband, Mark, belong to a small Anglican church in rural Essex and together, they are passionate about Creation Care and the environment, Justice and care for the vulnerable, and generosity through hospitality.
Nicola is ranked as a recommended philanthropy adviser in the prestigious Spear's 500 directory. She is part of the Executive Team at Stewardship and a Trustee for TrustBridge Global Foundation, a Swiss Donor Advised Fund platform that provides cross-border grant making to donors who wish to support charities and foundations anywhere around the world.
Nicola is also a Philanthropy Impact member and a trained facilitator of the Generosity Path’s ‘Journey of Generosity’ retreat.
