The Warm Welcome Campaign was established in 2022 by a coalition of charities, spearheaded by the Good Faith Foundation, to equip and support thousands of free, warm, and welcoming spaces in communities across the UK. The Warm Welcome Energy Fund soon after created as a source of funding to help keep spaces in the most deprived areas open and accessible to those in need.
Managed and distributed by Stewardship, the fund was generously supported by Christian philanthropists, trusts and the wider public, and offered microgrants of £1,000 to active Warm Welcome spaces hosted by churches, charities, libraries, and more.
This report tells the story of this amazing generosity, the way in which the grants were delivered and the significant impact on the lives of those served by the organisations who received them.
