Matt and Rachel Wright - Training Development, UK

In recent years we have become convinced that the future of the Church depends on every christians whole-life discipleship leading to everyday mission.

We connect with individuals who want to develop their discipleship. We lead training retreats, set up and mentor small discipleship groups and provide practical training in a variety of settings.

We served with an international discipleship movement from 2017-22. This became a calling to live by faith and give all our working time to this. In Jan 2023 God led us to ignite 'EMBERS', a missional discipleship platform based in the UK. In March 2026 Rachel took up a part-time job, which not only enables us to have a bit more secure income, but also enables her to live out the practice of everyday missional discipleship in the hospitality industry.
