The UK Church has a significant opportunity in the next few years - there is increasing openness to the Gospel in our society, and a generation of young people who have been given nothing to believe in or hope for who are looking for a purpose for their lives. Jesus Christ and his kingdom is the cause that will change this generation. Yet the challenge is, are we ready as a church to embrace the opportunity that is before us?

We believe that the future of the church in the UK depends on a movement of communities of ordinary people, who know that God has made no mistake in where he has placed them (in families, friendships, communities, workplaces, schools and universities) and who are able to get alongside others and share their faith.

Our heart is to resource ordinary individuals to make extraordinary impact in God's kingdom. Our 77 representatives and 45 associates work across the UK to live this out life-on-life disciple making and we also produce a wide range of resources and events to equip others who share our vision. Around a third of our representatives ministered to university students in eleven UK cities, with a particular ministry to international students in some of these universities.

Two key prorities for us are to focus on reaching and investing in the next generation through raising up leaders and to more intentionally serve and equip the wider UK church in the Alongsider vision...mobilising ordinary believers to their potential.
