Three13* uses work-based training to change lives. Starting in Teesside and expanding our work northwards, we're helping people become confidently aware of their worth and abilities, find meaningful employment and become economically stable.

We know that simply focusing on changing a person's employment status isn't always going to lead to sustainable change for them and their family, so we help people with 'the other stuff' too. Our practical programmes are delivered in kitchen, garden and workshop environments where the accredited training is linked to a community project... after all, why sit in a classroom when your learning could help someone else? This builds community and has a powerful effect on people's wellbeing and confidence.

As Christians, we believe everyone is created with value and purpose, so our approach to helping people move forward starts and ends with restoring that sense of worth. Our team upholds inclusive, interactive and encouraging learning environments where learners and team members can feel welcome, safe, valued and respected.
