Moving to a New Building: Building Fund

We have identified a new building that we wish to move to. This building is absolutely perfect for our needs. Not only is the property significantly cheaper than many of the others we have viewed over the last few years but it has the added advantage of being a former school. This means we do not have to go through a costly and time-consuming process with planning authorities to change the building’s use. We have in faith put in an offer on this property and we are now raising funds to make the purchase.

We are looking to raise £860,000 for this property to include the purchase price, legal costs and renovations. We currently have £51,000 in our building pot. We have £809,000 left to go.

We have secured mortgage lending offers towards part of this total. Our priority right now is raising funds for our deposit which requires us to raise £149,000 by Christmas.

We are looking for people to consider giving what they can to our designated building fund.

Supporting us in this way will help us to:

• grow our school from 30-200 pupils
• start producing our own curriculum to be shared more widely
• grow our Classical British Education network to have an impact across the UK
• host bigger conferences and train start-up schools within the network

Our hope is that we can help facilitate the opening of five more schools in the next five years. These plans are underway, and we are currently helping four schools go from vision to reality.
