The Family Works is a family support project, working across South Yorkshire, supporting struggling families who have experienced trauma, are living in poverty, or who feel they are unable to cope with family circumstances. Our hope is to journey with them, to make lasting changes to their lives with the intention to open doors of access and opportunity for everyone, particularly those in greatest need by improving life skills, promoting a reduction of isolation and disadvantage and through advancing people’s health and well-being.
