We are totally committed to transforming the lives of people with past convictions across Teesside and North Yorkshire, by providing meaningful employment opportunities via our socially invested employer network.
Founded on lived experiences of the justice system, we have a profound understanding of the barriers facing our beneficiaries, either new prison releases or those already in the community.

Since 2019 we've supported over 330 people into paid employment, with a 96% success rate measured by staying in employment and not returning to the criminal justice system. With each success story we are challenging existing mindsets, creating more inclusive recruitment practices and eliminating stigma.

Each beneficiary receives one-to-one mentored, tailored support, covering moral and practical help. When referred to us many are living in challenging situations, but with our support, encouragement and guidance we lead them toward a brighter future.
