In 1997 my husband and I wrote down a vision for a retreat and development centre to "Restore the person, develop the potential". In 2017 we moved 200 miles from Birmingham to Carlisle when we stepped out in faith and purchased a 19-bedroom ex-care home with grounds. The property, though needing much restoration, was ideally suited to our vision. We now operate marriage ministry and support for individuals, mainly aimed at church leaders through personal referrals. Having 20 experience in psychotherapy, teaching and pastoral ministry we have seen many breakthroughs, much restoration and healing.  Recently I have reduced secular work with its' associated income and now wish to focus on retreat development and ministry to fulfil my calling and see our vision fully fulfilled. Supporting me financially will allow this work to develop, enabling follow-up sessions with previously seen couples/individuals and enable more opportunities to reach those in need and equip the church nationally.
