Dean's Story

Dean* was referred to Grace Enterpises by a local drug and alcohol service he had maintained recovery for over two years and was keen to get back to work. He had been unemployed for years and believed no-one would ever employ him again due to his background.

Dean has gone from strength to strength at Radiant Cleaners, increasing his hours and gaining additional work alongside his cleaning. He decided to begin meeting with a mentor which has improved his confidence and is helping him to overcome some social anxiety.
