Our History
Our service has been operating for over ten years. We initially opened as National Counselling Service: Fife (NCS:Fife) in 1997 following a fundraising initiative by the Church of Scotland’s Woman’s Guild and were managed in partnership with Crossreach, the Church of Scotland’s social care organisation. We became Talkmatters in 2008

Talkmatters is Scottish Registered Charity No SC 026976 and is registered as a Limited Company.
