Providence Row has helped people experiencing homelessness in East London since 1860.

We provide a safe space, food, warmth, showers, advice & support and a wide range of other services to around 1,400 people annually who would struggle to access other support due to their complex needs.

We help our clients deal with numerous challenges and barriers including physical/mental health issues and substance use concerns, in addition to their homelessness. We support people to begin the journey to recovery by helping them access any benefits they may be entitled to; accommodation; dealing with trauma and addiction issues; and, helping them develop the skills and confidence to create healthy, independent lives away from the streets.
