Our calling comes from Luke 10:9 - Hell the sick and tell them the kingdom of God is near you.

90% of vision loss is preventable or treatable. When sight is restored, lives are transformed. We are committed to eliminating reversible and preventable causes of blindness and visual impairment. We have been serving in Africa since 2005. We are currently serving the Republic of Congo through New Sight, a charity that we are humbled to have founded in 2012. We are evolving into a general teaching hospital. We also partner with more than 40 schools and publish a national children's magazine with over 22,000 readers. We are looking for more workers to join our team so we can grow to meet the increasing needs and relaunch church planting.

New Sight runs a non-profit eye centre in Ouesso, Congo. It provides services such as consultations, glasses, emergency care, medical and surgical treatment, along with free screening and community health education. We started the country's first facility to manufacture prescription glasses, as well as its first children's magazine with a readership of >22,000. We empower the local community through training programs and partnership with over 40 schools.

We completed and opened phase one of our new hospital on a 6-hectare area in July 2025.
