Established in 1837, Manchester City Mission has a long history of delivering incarnate, compassion based, proclamation of the Christian Gospel - meeting people's needs in this world in a way that offers hope for the eternal future.

Whether it be through our food club; our work with the homeless or vulnerably housed; our prison Chaplaincy or training and coaching services; your giving has a direct impact on the lives of those we serve.

Helping a man with his utility costs led to an opportunity to work with him to arrange a workable budget so that he feels more in controll of his circumstances.

Providing a listening ear and a supportive voice helps people to feel that they are not alone in their difficulties.
