CYM works with children and young people across Suffolk through our pioneering School Chaplaincy and inspiring residential trips at our beautiful countryside base. At the heart of community, we create safe, welcoming spaces where young people can explore faith, ask big questions, and discover what life with Jesus can look like.

A Young Leader at 'The Gathering' Youth Event. This event takes place termly, including an annual weekend away, and gives space for young people across the county to gather, pray and worship together. This is a great example of collaborative working with local youth leaders and workers.

Our termly 'Staff Blessing' - loving and caring for school staff. This is such an important and valued part of our Chaplaincy provision in schools. We also offer weekly cafes in some settings - another example of taking care of the whole school community.

Our monthly 'Gathering' praise and worship nights - a safe, and exciting, space for young people to gather and worship together. This event uses local young people in the planning and delivery.

School Chaplaincy 'Labels of Hope' project. During 2025, our Chaplains worked with students to create labels of hope, and place them in various local community settings. People were encouraged to log their label online - labels went as far afield as Paris!
