-A family in financial crisis to access vital sources of additional income, and no longer having to choose whether to heat or eat

-A socially-isolated mum with no family in this country to make new friends and build a support network

-A refugee improve their English language skills and integrate better into Scottish society

-A young man who has experienced racism to receive a warm welcome and much-needed kindness
