Jonathan is running the Manchester Marathon to raise money for Dihlabeng Christian School

Story
I'm running the 2024 Manchester Marathon on the 14th April (hoping to break the 4 hour mark!) to raise money for Dihlabeng Christian School, in Clarens, South Africa.
Giving a few pounds goes a long way and in the past we've had the privilege of providing IT equipment, sports equipment and a school trip (the first time out of the state for many). The school relies on sponsorship, so this year, your contributions will go directly to improving education through providing new reading books in English, Afrikaans and Sesotho. If funds allow, the remainder will go to providing teachers with a well-deserved laptop upgrade!
Who is Dihlabeng Christian School? The school is about bringing hope to the hopeless by working with the materially disadvantaged children. It brings together approximately 170 children from English, Afrikaans and Basotho communities and over 20 staff from both black and white cultures.
