Thursdays Together

Story

Thursdays Together aims to create a friendly space where people can receive food top-ups if they are struggling, enjoy hot drinks and toast, and create and nurture community relationships as well as being signposted to other support where needed. The project uses food from local supermarkets which would otherwise go to waste alongside donations of non perishable goods from individuals. We see 40-50 households each week, most from the immediate local area.  Any donations we receive will go directly to providing food and support for those who visit Thursdays Together.
