DailyHOPE

Story

DailyHOPE is a free phone line with hymns, prayers, reflections and a church service, 24 hours a day. DailyHOPE is a comfort and a lifeline for over 700 older people who are regulary calling throughout the month.

Testimony from a caller: "I do not use the word lifeline carelessly, but the Daily Hope has been something of a raft on which to hang for dear life on occasions. It has soothed, consoled, and encouraged me when I have felt agitated, despairing, and disheartened. I simply cannot imagine this wonderful phoneline being unavailable when getting to church is not always possible."

With your help we'd love to keep offering DailyHOPE to these 700 people and more, especially throughout the winter when loneliness and worry among older people increases and hope on a daily basis can be in short supply.
