Project 088. Africa - Community Learning Centre

Story

Since 2017 our workers in this African country have had a vision to establish a Community Learning Centre to provide a platform for refugees to integrate with local communities.

A suitable location for the Centre has been found. A football ministry involving local Christians and English classes are already running. Soon IT training and a women empowerment project will commence. Other possible programmes could include business and vocational training, legal advice, and engaging with children who are mostly out of school. The vision is to establish a Gospel presence and to encourage believers from the local churches to engage with this unreached Muslim people group.
