Story
Let’s rebuild our church as a co-living project! Bonny Downs Abbey - 8 studio flats for vulnerable homeless adults & 2 ministry flats. Our ministers Jonny, Dave & Sally will move in! A communal lounge, kitchen & roof garden enable residents & neighbours to share life & flourish. Beneath is a hall & facilities for worship & www.newwayproject.
Our partners J49 will fund & manage the studio flats NEWway gives wrap-around care & support.
We'll fill our £500k funding gap in grants & loans. This fund is 10% a tithe from all giving to see the vision realised
If we surpass our target, excess funds will replace building loans. If we don't raise sufficient funds to build, gifts go will to our general fund.
