Sid’s Cycle to Shottermill

Story

Welcome to my Stewardship fundraising page where I am aiming to raise £1,000 for the Hummingbird Scheme - a wonderful program designed by PFS to connect with those living with dementia in their homes.

Having lost most of my cycling fitness over the last year or two, I am challenging myself to get back in the saddle and cycle around 66 miles from Milward House in Tunbridge Wells (where I work) to Shottermill House (another PFS home) in Haslemere, Surrey. 

I am hoping by Thursday 3 August when I do the ride that I will be able to sit in the saddle for the five to six hours needed.
