Nathan Mills' Gap Year at the Oakes

Story

Hi, my name Nathan and I will be joining the Gap Year team at the Oakes Holiday Centre. During my Gap Year I will helping to run fun, gospel centred residiential camps for children aged between 8-18. These camps will reach approximately 2000 children and young people from the Sheffield area with the Good news about Christ, while they enjoy a exciting, action packed camp.

It costs the Oakes Trust (a registered charity) approximately £2400 per person to provide training, food and accomodation to it's Gap Year team members. To enable to Oakes to reach as many people as possible, all of the team are volunteers and are required to raise their own funds.
