100km to raise money for Friends of CME and CRY

Story
I am hoping to help raise £15,000 along with 100 other cyclists as we ride the 100km(60mile) Bunyan trail throughout Bedfordshire on 14th July. 50% of the proceeds will go to Friends of CME Trust, a UK charity, to help enhance the new hospital it has been helping to build in north east DRC.The hospital is now open with 3 buildings, a water supply and sanitation system ( see pictures above) Find out more at:http://www.friendsofcme.com/ The other 50% will go to Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) another UK charity.
