The Annual Hurst College Fancy Dress Fun Run takes place on Friday 9th June, to raise money for Hope House Haiti (UK) and continue sponsorship of teacher Chrysler Dragon for a further year.   Donating through this page is completely secure, and you can use a credit or debit card to sponsor your child.   If you are a UK taxpayer, then confirming that you would like to reclaim Gift Aid will add 25p to every £1 you give.

Many children in Haiti live in extreme poverty, and have little to eat.   Some years ago Yvrose and her husband Pierre founded Hope Christian Academy (HCA), a school that provides free education and a daily meal for up to 1000 children.  They also run a home for 28 adopted children.  Today, Haiti is in the grip of a humanitarian crisis, with gangs controlling the streets and food scarce.     HCA is therefore a vital lifeline for local children, so please help us reach our target.
