Please do sponsor me on my debut Triatholon Sprint on Monday 1 May in Hampton/ Bushy Park - as a way to donate towards Medair's emergency appeal in Sudan.
As violence worsens, and ex-pats flee the country, the national population is trapped, and their needs are growing by the hour, as the humanitarian situation rapidly deteriorates. I'm supporting Medair, a Christian humanitarian relief charity - and in April I was privileged to see some of their work first-hand in Jordan when visiting a friend who is their Middle East Adviser.
