Light College Student Bursaries

Story

Our passion is ‘training, equipping & connecting pioneers & evangelists to go & make countless followers of Jesus’. We aim to give as many gifted evangelists as possible access to our academic courses, where they can grow in confidence and their vocation, no matter what their circumstances or background.  Increasingly, we see applications from those who show a clear calling to the work of a pioneer or evangelist, but who lack the financial means to study with us; many of our students are only able to study because we offer generous bursaries to assist them financially.

Over the years we’ve supported:
*single parents
*disadvantaged backgrounds
*no formal qualifications
*low incomes
*foreign
*asylum seekers

Often these students go on to make disciples of Jesus in the very contexts they came from, amongst people from similar backgrounds, often in paid employment with churches or other organisations.
