Hi, thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page.

I feel very privileged to be taking  part in the 2022 London Marathon to raise much needed funds for my chosen charity 3Food4U.

3Food4U is a vital lifeline to 10,000s of individuals and families,  providing anyone who needs help with FREE food and essential clothing without assessment or referral, treating people humanely with dignity and respect.

3Food4U has become the largest emergency food agency in Epping Forest District supporting families in EFDC, Harlow, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Enfield and beyond 7 days a week, 52 weeks in the year.
