Ukraine Response Update

As war unfolded in Ukraine, we invited you to join our Ukraine Rapid Response appeal to raise support for ministries already on the ground in Ukraine, and those working with arrivals to the UK seeking refuge.

We saw such incredible generosity outpoured, raising just under £365,000 for distribution among our network. One highlight we’re delighted to share is the work of All Saints Preston, who have welcomed 38 brothers and sisters fleeing Kharkiv; the church received funding from the Ukraine Rapid Response appeal, which was match-funded by a Philanthropy Fund donor. They then agreed, in conversation with our engagement team, to commit these funds for further match-funding to strengthen their fundraising efforts and sustain their important hands-and-feet work over the next year.

We look forward to sharing more stories from this campaign in the coming months.
