Before joining Stewardship, Joan had over thirty years experience as an Administrator / Business Support Manager across various sectors. All of these roles have developed her ability to make others feel welcome within organisations, assisting them to learn the systems and workplace culture successfully.
Her motivation is to share the love of Jesus Christ to others drawing upon His grace, mercy and faithfulness. Her greatest passion is praise and worship and gospel music. She has served as a keyboard player and singer on the team at her local Baptist Church since 1993 and feels blessed to have witnessed how her church has changed and developed over the years serving a multi-cultural community by expressing the love of Christ.
One of her hobbies is baking cakes and she loves to see the pleasure that they bring to others.
