In 2010, the trustees of Stewardship made the historic decision to create a new, independent charity to focus on the property and trusteeship services it had provided since 1906 (as UKET and East of England Evangelization Trust).

This new charity, Church Growth Trust Limited, is now the home for all church property matters.

As a registered charitable company with Trust Corporation status it can hold trusteeships of properties and now continues our 100 year history of stewarding church properties around the UK.

Church Growth Trust can advise on:

  • property and trusteeship services
  • property advice and management
  • property negotiations
  • planning issues, building projects, boundary disputes and land registration.
  • survey audit and valuations

Church Growth Trust can also introduce you to property consultants who are able to provide access audits to help meet the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act (now replaced by the Equality Act 2010, condition surveys to assess works required to properties, asbestos surveys under the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002/2006 and insurance valuations.
