The pack includes a model volunteer arrangement for a church worker, together with various policies, procedures and explanatory notes. The aims of the pack are to ensure that a clear distinction is drawn between employees/workers and volunteers; to help churches set out clearly the terms on which individuals volunteer at your church; and to help avoid potential pitfalls which can arise if there is no clarity of expectation or status.
