Hi, we're Tom and Melissa! We live in Reading, and are proud parents to Judah and Keziah. We met and married in Melissa's hometown of Brighton, before spending six months away in two houses of prayer in Israel and America. Over the years we've led worship in many different contexts, from international prayer rooms to local cross-town church gatherings. Recently we spent four years working at Greyfriars Church, Reading, overseeing the worship ministry across all its services. In Sep 2025 we left our jobs at Greyfriars to begin working as self-supported worship missionaries.

We are passionate about seeing God's church walking in wholeheartedness and holiness, and long to see a spiritual awakening in the UK. Central to everything we do is the Watchmen message that God first put on our hearts in Israel - the message of Jesus' soon return, and the call to prepare the earth for His coming kingdom. Our vision is to establish and strengthen the critical and foundational ministry of worship across God's church, that we would see lasting transformation come to our towns and cities through prayer, discipleship and evangelism.

Our vision is to train and resource church worship teams in the town of Reading and beyond. Our vision is to support and equip worship leaders, and come alongside church leadership teams as they seek to grow the worship ministry in their congregations. Our vision is to bring to God's people a deeper understanding of what worship is. Our vision is to see churches brought forth into the fullness of their unique, God-given identity within their town.

BUILD UP READING

Our vision is to help build a radical, cross-town worship and prayer movement in partnership with churches in Reading. Our vision is to establish a worship training school in Reading for singers and musicians from all across the UK. Our vision is to work with young people from across the town, as we seek to raise up a new generation of Spirit-filled, heaven-centred worship leaders and musicians. Our vision is to work with songwriters across Reading to write prophetic songs that declare destiny over this town. Our vision is to bring God's presence to the streets of Reading through open-air worship and outreach events.

Our vision is to gather like-minded musicians from across the UK to write and release prophetic songs over our nation. Our vision is to strengthen existing worship and prayer movements in cities across the UK and see God's House of Prayer established in this nation. Our vision is to continue writing songs and creating teaching resources that call the church forth in love and holiness as we look ahead to Jesus' return. Our vision is to share our music in churches and fellowships all over the UK.
