Ascension Trust (Scotland)

Ascension Trust Scotland is a Christian charity where Street Pastor volunteers from churches work together to listen, help and care in their community.

Street Pastors are a network of 19 Scottish initiatives whose mission is to deliver compassionate, practical help to individuals in distress, particularly during the night-time economy and increasingly during daytime hours.

Street Pastors have over 400 volunteers in Scotland, who undertake 50+ hours of training to volunteer. Across Scotland, we undertake close to 1500 patrols in 29 locations. We are thanked by members of our local communities, and also by the Police and local authorities for showing up and showing practical care.
