Our journey began when we saw that talented, driven individuals with great business ideas were being overlooked by mainstream lenders due to their financial history. That didn't sit right with us, so we set out on a mission to empower these hidden entrepreneurs by offering business loans up to £5,000.

We believe in the transformative power of small businesses and innovative ideas to enrich lives and communities.

We do more than just provide financial support. Recognising that self-reliance can take many forms, we also operate our Self-Reliant Groups (SRGs) as a unique approach to help individuals find their footing, gain new skills, and build confidence. These groups offer a path for those who may not know where to start or face obstacles in their journey toward self-improvement.

In 2022, we expanded our reach to South Yorkshire, reaffirming our commitment to supporting communities across the UK. Today, our impact extends from Glasgow to Torquay, providing critical support to aspiring entrepreneurs nationwide.

We want to empower dreams & Ada's journey with Homeland Delicacy showcases this. Known for its authentic West African cuisine, Homeland Delicacy is making waves in Sheffield's food scene. Moving from a home-based business to a commercial space, we provided the crucial support needed to turn her vision into reality.

Securing a spot in a prime location was pivotal. Despite personal & financial challenges, Ada's passion never wavered. We recognised her potential & offered a tailored loan to help her equip her kitchen, invest in branding, & seize an opportunity, previously out of reach.
