Isolation affects countless individuals in our society, from teenagers to older people. This often leads to a cycle of loneliness and hopelessness. At Keychange, we work to break that cycle, through the transformative power of community.
As a Christian charity, we are inspired by Christ's example to love and serve others. Today, we have seven care homes for older people and two housing communities for young people and women facing homelessness.
Our mission is to create communities where each person is supported, valued and known.

Care and Community for Older People
For people to thrive, they need more than a home. They need to be part of a community where they are valued and known.
Our seven care homes for older people provide residents this community and belonging, offering high quality care together with a life that is rich in relationships, and underpinned by the love of Christ.
We believe that everyone has dignity and worth, and has the right to a fufulling life in relationship with others . We are committed to bringing community outside the walls of our care homes, through our growing programme of work that seeks to reach out to older people at risk of loneliness and isolation.

Housing and Support for People Experiencing Homelessness
When people come to our housing communities, they're often at their lower point. No one should have to live on the streets or stay somewhere that isn't safe.
We provide safe, secure accommodation, to homeless women and young people with dedicated support always on hand.
Our team helps residents navigate the complex world of housing and benefits, empowering them to develop skills to find work and support themselves. Together, we guide them on the path to finding a new home. Real change takes time, and thats why were with people for the long haul.

Our vision is for people to experience fulness of life through the unconditional love of a supportive community. Support from our donors allows us to continue to advance this vision by funding the support and care we provide to people living with us, and enables us to develop new initiatives to people experiencing homelessness and isolation in the community.
