Belfast Street Pastors offers practical and compassionate support on the streets of Belfast. Our ethos is to care listen and help, and although we are a christian charity - we do not preach. We provide a non-judgmental presence to assist anyone in need, promoting safety and well-being in the community.
Belfast Street Pastors is fortunate to have a group of dedicated volunteers who strive to make a profound impact on the community. Our mission revolves around three core principles: Care, Listen, and Help. Unlike traditional evangelistic efforts, we do not seek to preach or convert. Instead, our focus is on providing immediate practical assistance and emotional support to those who need it most. Belfast Street Pastors can often be seen patrolling the streets during the late hours of the night. We are a uniformed organisation. This presence is particularly vital in the bustling areas where people might be vulnerable due to intoxication, homelessness, or emotional distress.
