Someone Cares UK

Someone Cares links the local church with hospital chaplaincy services to help provide emotional, practical, and spiritual support to patients, their families and the wider hospital community.

Our motivation for Someone Cares comes from Psalm 147:3.

"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds"

In every hospital there are many patients facing intense personal challenges that have ripple effects into families and home life. Your gift can help to bring hope and God's love into these situations.

How did Someone Cares start?
