Ealing Foodbank is a project founded by local churches and community groups, working together towards stopping hunger in the London Borough of Ealing.
We began in Acton, on 18 October 2013, and we have 7 client centres, located in different parts of the borough
We work with local and some national referral agencies, and have a team of nearly 350 volunteers

We are a registered charity and have 7 paid workers (mostly part-time) and are governed by a Board of Trustees

We are part of the Trussell Trust network of foodbanks and on average give away over 1,600 3-day meal parcels per month, around 9kgs of long life foods per person. Current usage is higher than during the height of the pandemic due to the cost of living crisis.

We work with Crosslight Advice who provide advice and support on debt, finance and benefits and Ealing Law Centre who provide advice and support on housing and benefits. We also work with other charities and Ealing Council to make sure people can access the right help.
